About Me
The Face Behind The BrAND
I founded White Fox Fitness in 2022 with the vision of helping people discover a healthier, happier version of themselves, inside and out. My name is Chanelle Padaychy, and I’m a Personal Trainer with a National Diploma in Personal Training, a Certified Life Coach through TriFocus Academy, and I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
I’ve worked with countless individuals over the years, each with their own challenges, injuries, and goals, and it’s been the most rewarding journey of my life. Every time I get to make a difference in someone’s life, no matter how small, it reminds me exactly why I do what I do.
My love for fitness started more than 12 years ago, long before I officially stepped into this career. Over time, I began to notice just how many myths and misconceptions exist in the fitness industry, especially around women’s health and injury recovery. That inspired me to create something different, a space where people could learn that fitness doesn’t have to be boring, restrictive, or intimidating.
At White Fox Fitness, I focus on showing you that exercise can be enjoyable, and healthy eating doesn’t have to mean strict dieting or completely changing your family’s lifestyle. Being healthy starts with having the right mindset about wellness, which is why I also offer wellness coaching to help you build balance and confidence from the inside out.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
1. How can I lose weight quickly?
The healthiest way to lose weight is through a combination of balanced nutrition, regular exercise, and consistency. Quick fixes rarely last, focus on sustainable habits for long-term results.
2. Do supplements work?
Some supplements can support your goals, but they should never replace real food or exercise. Always consult a professional before starting any new supplement routine.
3. Can I take pills to lose weight?
While some weight-loss pills claim fast results, they often come with side effects. It’s best to achieve weight loss naturally through proper diet and exercise guidance.
4. How often should I train each week?
Aim for at least 3–5 workouts per week, depending on your goals and fitness level. Rest days are just as important for recovery and muscle growth.
5. Do I need a personal trainer to see results?
A trainer helps you stay consistent, guides your form, and tailors workouts to your goals, but with the right plan and accountability, you can also progress on your own.
6. What should I eat before and after a workout?
Before training, have a light meal with carbs and protein for energy. Afterward, eat protein and healthy carbs to aid muscle recovery and replenish energy.
7. How long before I see results?
Everyone’s body is different, but most people start noticing changes within 6–12 weeks of consistent training and healthy eating.
8. Can I still reach my goals if I train from home?
Absolutely! With the right plan and discipline, home workouts can be just as effective as gym sessions, especially when paired with good nutrition.
